Extraordinary General Meeting
The Society's EGM took place on Sunday 8th June 2008
At the EGM held on the 8th June 2008, the resolution to conduct the business of the Wiltshire Horn Sheep Society within a Private Limited Company, commencing with effect from the 2008 AGM, was passed by way of a majority vote . The entire Council will now resign at the AGM and 10 Directors of the new Company will be appointed. All members of the Society are eligible to be appointed as a Director. Nomination forms for prospective Directors will be circulated several weeks prior to the AGM.
