After the special resolution passed at the 2021 AGM, proxy votes now count towards establishing a quorum for the meeting, If you would like to submit a proxy vote, that would be much appreciated and the form to do so can be downloaded below. Please remember that votes at the AGM are one per flock, so if (for example) your partner in the membership will be attending the AGM, they will count towards the quorum and be able to cast the vote, so there is no need to complete a proxy form.
